Multi-Trader for Social Housing

Overview

Neway is seeking a Multi-Trader to join Camden Council. Starting 4th of November, this position involves working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.

Job Responsibilities

The Multi-Trader will be responsible for:

• Carrying out building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements.
• Performing routine reactive repairs to large scale programmed refurbishment work.
• Conducting occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with best trade practice and current standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must be competent to a professional standard in both quality and output in a minimum of four trade disciplines, which may include:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Electrical and/or Part P
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• Gas Safe

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £22.43 per hour, paid through PAYE, including holiday pay and pension contributions.

Work Pattern

This role requires full-time availability of 36 hours per week.
