Job Description: As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a structured training program designed to expose you to various facets of Imperial Consulting's business. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Your primary focus will be on face-to-face engagement with clients in the utilities sector, contributing to Imperial Consulting's mission of providing affordable energy solutions to consumers. If you are driven, ambitious, and eager to learn, this role will provide you with the foundational skills needed for a successful career in management.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, learning about Imperial Consulting's business operations, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of face-to-face marketing campaigns targeting consumers to promote utility savings.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Take part in regular team meetings and training sessions to share insights, discuss performance metrics, and strategize for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Set personal and team goals, actively working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and customer interactions to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, Imperial Consulting cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Must be available for full-time work.
  • Candidates must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting positions in the past 30 days.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a management role, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not essential; Imperial Consulting welcome motivated candidates eager to develop their careers.
