Overview

Cheshire College South and West is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Team Leader to join Cheshire College South and West's team working across Cheshire College South and West's three campuses. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Marketing Team Leader to lead a team in implementing the College’s marketing vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear day-to-day leadership in the development and delivery of marketing services to ensure that it meets the needs of prospective and current students, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Develop cohesive multi-channel marketing campaigns across all target markets.
  • Look at the development of appropriate market research design, methodology, and channel approach.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of core key communication channels including the website development, social media platforms, print collateral, and key publications.

Key Person Specification Requirements

  • Degree and/or comparable professional qualification.
  • Qualification in Marketing (desirable).
  • Full and valid UK driving licence.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience of liaising confidently with a range of stakeholders, building effective relationships.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team within a marketing environment.
  • Understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service and gathering and acting on feedback.
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in work and the learning environment.
