About the role

This role involves providing personal, physical, and emotional care to older individuals and those living with dementia in a residential setting during night shifts. Responsibilities include adhering to agreed policies, contributing to care planning, accurate record-keeping, and medication administration.

Pay Details:

• Qualified (City and Guilds level 2): Grade 4 - £23,500 to £24,294 pro rata (£12.18 to £12.59/hr)
• Unqualified (working towards City and Guilds level 2): Grade 3 - £23,114 pro rata (£11.98/hr)
• Enhancements for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays.

Shift and Schedule:

• Hours of Work: 1 vacancy - 15 hours per week
• Working Pattern: 4-week rota
• Shift Hours: 9 PM - 7 AM

About you

• Experience providing person-centered personal care and support.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in training for a professional qualification.
