Night Carer

Overview

Night care staff required to assist dementia residents throughout the night from 8pm-8am. Duties include:

• 2 hourly checks
• Assisting with toileting
• Providing personal care
• Providing fluids during the night
• Answering call bells
• Assisting with breakfasts
• Ensuring all residents' needs are met

Additional duties include:

• Vegetable preparation
• Laundry
• A few light household duties

All night staff are fully trained to obtain their care certificate and qualifications in:

• Medication Handling
• First Aid
• Fire Safety
• Moving and Handling people

Job Types

Available roles include Full-time, Part-time, Contract, and Permanent positions.

Pay

The pay rate is £15.00 per hour.

Expected Hours

12 – 36 hours per week.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Night shifts
• Weekend availability

Work Location: In person.
