This is an exciting opportunity to join the operational team at Native Residential in Croydon as a Night Community Host. The team is at the heart of Native Residential's community development, and as a Community Host, you will be the first person residents see in the morning and a familiar face after their day at work!
Your primary objective will be to achieve resident retention goals through exceptional customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease. You will handle inquiries, conduct leasing tours, and manage leasing-related paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
- Handle inquiries and conduct leasing tours.
- Manage resident satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Assist with leasing paperwork and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
- Exceptional customer service skills in a customer-facing role.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with residents and team members.
- Organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
