The Role:

Saving Scotland’s Red Squirrels (SSRS) is a vital project dedicated to the long-term protection of red squirrels in Scotland. The North East Eradication Lead will oversee the eradication efforts, ensuring sustainable measures are implemented in collaboration with other conservation stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate eradication strategies for grey squirrels in the region.

  • Lead and mentor the SSRS Aberdeen team.
