Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Wythenshawe Community Housing Group's Neighbourhoods team as Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is looking to recruit 2 fulltime Neighbourhood Officers on a fixed term basis.

Working a locality based model, the successful candidates will ensure a high quality and customer-focused service is provided to Wythenshawe Community Housing Group's customers. You will actively walk the patch and be highly visible ensuring engagement with tenants and customers. A team player is essential as you will work closely with colleagues from other areas of the business to deliver services to a high standard.

The successful candidates will have solid experience in tenancy and estate management, dealing with low level ASB and allocations. An up-to-date knowledge of current legislation in relation to housing is desirable.

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract to 31st March 2025.
