Bright Horizons Family Solutions is looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join Bright Horizons Family Solutions's Bright Horizons Fulbourn Nursery.

Bright Horizons Fulbourn Nursery is Ofsted rated “Outstanding” and is situated on Capital Park, CB21 5XG. The nursery offers on-site parking, local shopping amenities, and regular bus routes in and out of Cambridge. It is a purpose-built building with an enclosed meadow.

What Bright Horizons Family Solutions’re looking for:

• Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader or similar
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents
• Effective communication techniques with children and adults
