Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Pay Rate: £11.44 - £11.70 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

Role Responsibilities:
- You’ll support adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health challenges.
- You’ll empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
- High-quality, tailored support is essential.
- Activities will include cooking, arts, music, and outings.
- You’ll assist with medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, ensuring a safe environment.
- Adhering to procedures is crucial for consistent care.

Essential Skills:
- Good general education.
- Honesty, reliability, and a passion to make a difference.

- Satisfactory Police Check and ISA List check (if applicable).
- A commitment to ongoing training and development.
Desirable Skills:
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
- Previous experience in a social care setting.
- Knowledge of Equal Opportunities.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
- Confident IT user.
