Overview

Vacancy Location: New Mills, Derbyshire SK22 4PJ

Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

Pay Rate: £11.44 - £11.70 per hour (dependent on qualifications)

Role Responsibilities:

• You’ll support adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health challenges.
• You’ll empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
• High-quality, tailored support is essential.
• Activities will include cooking, arts, music, and outings.
• You’ll assist with medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, ensuring a safe environment.
• Adhering to procedures is crucial for consistent care.

Essential Skills:

• Good general education.
• Honesty, reliability, and a passion to make a difference.

• Satisfactory Police Check and ISA List check (if applicable).
• A commitment to ongoing training and development.

Desirable Skills:

• RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
• Previous experience in a social care setting.
• Knowledge of Equal Opportunities.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
• Confident IT user.
