Work base: Llys Elian, Colwyn Bay.

Llys Elian is a 27 bedded residential home for older people living with Dementia, featuring three permanent living houses, one respite house, and a day centre.

Responsibilities

• Offer practical and emotional support in daily living tasks such as personal care and maintaining independence.
• Administer medication, hobbies, and life skills.
• Ensure the safety and security of individuals and the building during night shifts.
• Communicate effectively with individuals receiving services, families, and care professionals.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance individuals' well-being, reporting concerns to senior staff.

Qualifications

The ability to communicate in English and Welsh is essential, with writing skills in English required and Welsh desirable.
