Manheim Vehicle Services is an evolving business supporting customer de-fleet, multiple remarketing channels, and a complete range of vehicle preparation services including wholesale and retail ready. This requires an agile and responsive support function able to manage a variation of customer requirements.
Team members are responsible for ensuring all customer-defined requirements are delivered, ensuring operational and customer service excellence at all times.
Scope of Role:
- Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles on-site, adhering to HSE requirements.
- Drive in a professional manner in line with site rules.
- Carry out ad hoc duties to ensure smooth administration and inventory processes.
- Assist in the orderly appearance of the Yard.
- Observe all health and safety rules.
- Support stock checks and reconciliation processes.
- Understand and follow the “gating in” process.
- Conduct quality control checks in a timely manner.
Specific Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to drive various vehicles.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to cope under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compliant with handheld and tablet technology.
- Computer literate with an understanding of CAMS.
- Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
