Oxford Summer Courses is looking for a keen, organised individual with initiative, an eye for detail, operational and service excellence to join Oxford Summer Courses's growing team. Oxford Summer Courses provide short academic courses to motivated students from across the world and you will be instrumental in ensuring Oxford Summer Courses deliver a consistently high-quality programme across all Oxford Summer Courses's sites in Cambridge.

Main Duties:

• Assist the Operations Manager develop and maintain excellent college and school relations.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of the course delivery programmes.
• Take an active role in the recruitment of pastoral staff.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and records.
• Planning, organising and managing the social and cultural programme.
• Manage the inventory of equipment and resources.
• Maintain collaborative relations with all teams across the company.
• During Oxford Summer Courses's core delivery period (June-August), be present at Oxford Summer Courses's sites to support the smooth delivery of Oxford Summer Courses's courses.

Who Are Oxford Summer Courses Looking For (Desirable):

• Previous experience at a summer school or other short course involving international students, ideally in an operations role.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with Cambridge.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar.
