The Operations Manager will work alongside Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council's commissioning services to innovate delivery capabilities and support senior leaders in achieving Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council's vision. You will manage Team Managers to meet service delivery outcomes, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

As Team Manager, your focus will be on providing high-quality social work services for children and families, safeguarding children within statutory guidelines, and contributing to policy development in Children’s services across the borough.

• Lead and manage the Assessment, Safeguarding, and Families Together Teams.
• Ensure integration within wider Children’s services.
• Develop effective leadership within your team.

You will be a qualified social worker with substantial experience, looking for a challenge in a supportive organization. For Operations Manager positions, a management qualification is required, alongside experience in operational management and budget management.
