Operations Manager & Team Manager Opportunities Within Solihull Children's Social Care Services

You will manage Team Managers to meet service delivery outcomes, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

As Team Manager, your focus will be on providing high-quality social work services for children and families, safeguarding children within statutory guidelines, and contributing to policy development in Children’s services across the borough.

  • Ensure integration within wider Children’s services.
