Join Borough of Broxbourne's friendly operations team at John Warner Sports Centre in Hoddesdon and Laura Trott Leisure Centre in Cheshunt. You will be helping your community within these centres by providing excellent customer services, ensuring that patrons enjoy Borough of Broxbourne's facilities safely and with the highest standards of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Resilient, reliable, and conscientious.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Friendly and effective manner.
- Ability to converse fluently in English with the public.
- Ability to perform safe manual handling and set up/break down heavy equipment within operational guidelines.
- Organised and calm under pressure.
- Must gain the ‘National Pool Lifeguard Qualification’, funded by Borough of Broxbourne (with payback for training fees if not qualified within probation).
- Pass regular competency tests upon qualification.
- Swim test conducted at the interview stage.
- Disclosure and barring service check required due to working with children and vulnerable clients.
