Outpatient Receptionist - Full-time, Immediate Start

Overview

Spire Little Aston Hospital is expanding its services, seeking an Outpatient Receptionist to join Spire Healthcare's team.

This permanent role requires high standards of customer service for patients and staff alike. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 07:30 to 20:30 and Saturday from 07:30 to 13:30, across a flexible rota.

You don't need prior medical experience as Spire Healthcare provide full training. Ideal candidates are confident communicators, able to manage multiple tasks across various platforms, and can thrive in a busy setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and administration support.
• Check-in patients and manage appointments in accordance with GDPR.
• Assist on the nurse's admin desk for post-operative bookings.

Who Spire Healthcare're Looking For:

• Experience in customer service with strong admin skills.
• Competence in a reception or similar customer-facing role.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to foster effective relationships.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a confident manner on the phone.
• Flexibility in working hours as part of Spire Healthcare's rota.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
