Your Graduate Scheme

Operational Technology (OT) in the water industry connects people with assets and equipment to produce clean water and treatment of wastewater. OT ensures the smooth running of water automation systems, preventing loss of production or treatment, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Work with Welsh Water's Operational Technology teams, developing the knowledge and skills to configure Welsh Water's OT systems to support the production of clean water and treatment of wastewater.

Good to Know

Your graduate scheme will primarily be based in South-East Wales. However, on occasions and with notice, you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders. Recruitment process - Welsh Water is running Welsh Water's adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet Welsh Water's criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, likely taking place at a location in Cardiff between February and March 2025.
