Public Area Attendant

Overview

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Public Area Attendant to join The Landmark London's Accommodation Services Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. This role is essential in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to The Landmark London's guests and team members.

As a Public Area Attendant, you will:

• Clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas, and offices, performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Assist with departmental deliveries by receiving orders, checking accuracy, and storing items properly.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance issues to a Manager, along with any stock requirements.
• Undertake and assist in training new starters as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management Team.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, contributing to The Landmark London's goal of creating a positive and energetic team environment.
