Personal Assistant

Overview

Job Overview: TK Lifestyle Properties is seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to help with a variety of tasks related to property management, personal errands, and household duties. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, be flexible, and have a proactive attitude towards managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management Tasks:

• Conduct property viewings and inspections
• Arrange access for contractors, tenants, or property buyers
• Organize and track schedules for property appointments
• Prepare and maintain detailed notes and reports from property visits

Personal and Household Tasks:

• Prepare meals and assist with weekly meal planning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the household
• Assist with general errands such as grocery shopping and household supplies
• Handle occasional light cleaning duties and tidying up

General Support:

• Maintain effective communication with external parties such as property agents, contractors, and suppliers
• Keep track of daily tasks and help ensure things run smoothly in both personal and business-related matters

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic meal preparation and cleaning experience
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with different parties professionally
• A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
• Experience in property management or administrative support is a plus but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
