People & Culture Apprentice

As a People & Culture Apprentice, you will:

• Be responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the company's People & Culture policies.
• Maintain a spreadsheet with tracking data for the People & Culture department.
• Assist with background and reference checks for prospective candidates.
• Assist New Hires with new hire paperwork and follow up to ensure receipt of completed paperwork prior to start date.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and OneTouch from managers and employees, facilitating resolution.

About you:

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or higher (or equivalent).
• Genuine interest in developing a career in People & Culture.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting applicable productivity measures.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and in all circumstances.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
