Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Podiatrist to join Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's friendly team on the Isle of Wight. You will provide the highest quality of podiatric care to patients with a variety of care needs, both in the acute and community settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload providing diagnosis and clinical treatments to patients, maintaining mobility, independence, tissue viability, and relieving discomfort.
Main duties of the job
- Provide the highest quality of podiatric care to patients with various care needs.
- Be responsible for a caseload providing diagnosis and clinical treatments.
- Work with other podiatrists and student podiatrists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to health education and health promotion.
- Adhere to Podiatry Department and Trust policies.

Qualifications
Essential
- BSc Podiatry degree with local anaesthesia /POMs certificate
- Driving Licence
- HCPC Registered
Desirable
- Core 5, Level 2 (A-F)
- Maintain quality in own work and encourage others.
Experience

- Understanding of audit and confidentiality issues
- Knowledge of healthcare settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive patient situations.
