Conscious & creative dining in the heart of Wood Wharf from the trio behind Fallow restaurant. Named after native deer of the British Isles, Roe will follow the same nose-to-tail and root-to-stem ethos as its critically-acclaimed sister restaurant, Fallow St James’s.

Your Role

• Ensuring that all aspects of the Pastry section are managed in an effective, efficient, and productive manner.
• Oversee and adhere to all aspects of food safety and health and safety.
• Support the senior pastry chef in the execution of desserts.
• Being a team player and willing to grow and develop.
