Overview

As an experienced registered mental health nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing support to patients accessing mental health care through Primary Care in Warrington. Your responsibilities will include conducting specialist mental health assessments, facilitating access to services, and ensuring effective communication within a multi-disciplinary team.

Main Duties:

• Conduct assessments for patients with moderate to severe mental health conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:
