Salary and Benefits

Base salary of £25,126 (for 35 hours per week). You will be eligible for salary increments each year (year 2 - £25,736; year 3 - £26,320; year 4 - £26,925).

Job Responsibilities

As a PCO at Serco Limited's court, your main duties will include:

• Providing safe escorting and custody services to detainees
• Ensuring the wellbeing of individuals in your care
• Completing paperwork and data entry
• Accompanying defendants in court and ensuring their needs are met

Requirements

Serco Limited's ideal candidates will possess:

• A valid driver's license
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Training

You will undergo a comprehensive 5.5-week training program, with ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

Working Hours

Flexibility is essential, as shifts may vary. The rota is provided 12 weeks in advance.
