Job Description:

• Collect and analyze data and information, conduct research, write research summary/report and assist in due diligence efforts.
• Master skills in financial and statistical analysis, valuation, memo drafting, etc.
• Handle some client meetings on matters related to deal executions.
• Support coordination efforts in deal executions.

Job Requirements:

• Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
• Postgraduate or above who is a 2025 graduate (the graduation date, as verified by the degree certificate or the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), should be no later than August 2025) or a 2023/2024 graduate with no employment record.
• Financial or Technical majors preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong passion for the financial service industry.
• The candidate must have passed the securities qualification examination.
