Overview

As a Porter, you will be instrumental in delivering better lives for all, whilst enhancing your career. This role includes:

Responsibilities

• Providing frontline supervision and dealing with daily operational developments.
• Supervising facility users and deploying employees.
• Managing employee cover and rotating duties.
• Overseeing meal breaks and issuing equipment and materials.
• Directing specific tasks as required.

Salary and Benefits

Your salary will range from £24,294 to £25,119 per annum, with a significant 19% employer pension contribution.

Shift Patterns

Shifts will be on a rota basis, including:

• Monday to Sunday with various shifts.
• Shift timings of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
