Ark Boulton Academy is an inclusive six-form entry secondary school, serving 900 students from the local community of Sparkbrook. Ark Boulton Academy's school has been on a significant journey of improvement over the past eight years, recently receiving positive feedback from Ofsted (June 2024), and is now on firm foundations, ready to progress towards excellence.

Ark Boulton Academy's team is on a mission to provide a quality education that empowers all individuals to flourish, and Ark Boulton Academy is therefore seeking to appoint a principal with a proven background in securing strong outcomes at scale. Ark Boulton Academy welcome applications from existing principals looking for a new challenge, as well as high potential deputies who would thrive in a collaborative network.

Ark Boulton is part of the Ark network, one of the country’s most successful multi-academy trusts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Principal and have the support of the Regional Director.
