Your main duties and expectations will include:

• Taking ownership for the correct preparation of mise-en-place and service
• Liaising with restaurants to order test dishes and provide feedback
• Providing feedback and approval for large batch production recipes
• Researching new dishes and presenting them to your senior chef
• Conducting general food orders in the absence of a senior chef
