Your main duties and expectations will include:
- Taking ownership for the correct preparation of mise-en-place and service
- Liaising with restaurants to order test dishes and provide feedback
- Providing feedback and approval for large batch production recipes
- Researching new dishes and presenting them to your senior chef
- Conducting general food orders in the absence of a senior chef
