About you:

Garnishes are an essential element in Simmons Bars's drinks, elevating the look of Simmons Bars's products and making them visually appealing. As Simmons Bars's Prep Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in 'putting the cherry on top' of every drink Simmons Bars serve to Simmons Bars's guests.

Main responsibilities:

• Crafting dehydrated garnishes, premixes, and other items essential for Simmons Bars's signature cocktails.
• Managing fresh fruit stock, including ordering and inventory control.
• Prepping and processing fruit according to specified recipes and standards.
• Cooking, packing, and labeling garnishes into ready-to-send packets.
• Conducting stocktaking activities and assisting with ordering supplies.
• Ensuring daily compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
