About You:

Garnishes are an important element in Simmons Bar's drinks; they elevate the look of Simmons Bar's product, making it look "WOW!" As Simmons Bar's Prep Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in 'putting the cherry on top' in every drink Simmons Bar make for Simmons Bar's guests.

Main Responsibilities:

• Crafting dehydrated garnishes, premixes, and other items essential for Simmons Bar's signature cocktails.
• Managing fresh fruit stock, including ordering and inventory control.
• Prepping and processing fruit according to specified recipes and standards.
• Cooking, packing, and labeling garnishes into ready-to-send packets.
• Conducting stocktaking activities and assisting with ordering supplies.
• Ensuring daily compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

This is not an exhaustive list; other duties will fall within the remit as assigned by your line managers.
