FPS is seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities include:
- Posting a high volume of invoices to the ledger.
- Validating purchase invoices against delivery evidence.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Troubleshooting and correcting mis-postings.
- Preparation of BACS payments.
- Management of employee credit cards.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an office environment, handling multiple currencies, and proficient in Excel. Key skills and experience required include:
- Experience in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger environment.
