As the Partnerships Lead at REWARD, based in London, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement through strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on developing relationships with key players in industries such as retail, finance, travel, and entertainment, all aimed at enriching REWARD's loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partners to align with REWARD's reward and loyalty programs. Develop and execute strategic plans for nurturing partnerships. Achieve revenue and budget expectations through effective collaboration. Support your team in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for all parties involved. Draft, review, and manage partnership agreements to meet legal and business standards.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners for ongoing collaboration. Act as the primary contact for addressing any concerns or growth opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze partnership performance using key metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management with improvement recommendations.
  • Team Management: Manage and coach a team to retain and grow a large portfolio of retail clients. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high service levels.
  • Goal Setting and Achievements: Set clear goals in alignment with company objectives and track progress.
  • Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Proven leadership experience in account management, preferably in digital marketing.
