Overview

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited's superb UK based legal client is seeking a number of Property Lawyers to join their organisation at their Peterborough offices owing to business growth at a variety of different levels, working Monday to Friday on a hybrid working basis.

Job Responsibilities

As a Property Lawyer, you will:

• Manage your own caseload, dealing with clients, solicitors, banks, mortgage lenders, and surveyors.
• Pull together the sales and purchases of clients' properties.
• Work towards caseload targets, with the potential to earn high-level enhanced bonuses continually.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is based on level of experience and specialism:

• Basic salaries range from £28,000 to £50,000.
• For an all-round specialist Property Lawyer, with bonus earning potential, OTE can be £40,000+ to £60,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in:

• Freehold and leasehold sales.
• Shared ownership and new build transactions.
• Leasehold purchase and other specialist areas.
