An opportunity to join the Woodfield team has arisen for dedicated and motivated individuals with a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs. Woodfield provides specialist SEMH education across Coventry from early years to the end of KS4, comprising both Primary and Secondary provisions on split sites. This role could be based at either location, depending on the needs of the school and the successful candidates' abilities and experience.
Work Pattern
37 hours per week, 39 weeks term time only.

Coventry City Council is looking for a highly motivated, empathetic, and resilient Pastoral Manager with experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly SEMH. You will play a crucial role in a developing therapeutic and pastoral team at Woodfield School, collaborating with families, teachers, and professionals to provide personalized support.
Responsibilities
- Provide targeted support based on student EHCPs.
- Deliver small group and one-on-one interventions.
- Work collaboratively with a close-knit pastoral team.
- Engage effectively with external professionals and families.
Key Skills and Experience
- Understanding of SEMH challenges.
- Strong behaviour management skills.

- Experience in fostering positive relationships with students.
