Packing Operative

Overview

Stoddart's is a leading, independent Scottish beef processing company that delivers the best quality Scottish beef to a loyal customer base. Stoddart's is currently seeking experienced Packing Operatives to join Stoddart's's abattoir team based in Ayr, Scotland. In this role, you will report to the Assistant Production Manager.

Your key duties will include:

• Packing and palletising products to customer specifications.
• Carrying out all tasks in line with health and safety regulations.
• Ensuring high standards of quality, animal welfare, hygiene, and ethics are adhered to throughout all stages of the process.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience in a food production environment is essential.
• Hands-on, motivated, and confident.
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 0600 to 1430, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: Starting from £11.44 per hour, depending on experience. Paid weekly.

Work Location: This is an onsite position in Ayr, Scotland. The role is not suitable for remote work.
