Overview

Challenge Group have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with Challenge Group's client as a full-time Production Operative in a well-established operation in Grimsby, DN37 9TS.

Pay Rates and Working Hours

Standard: £11.79 p/h | Nights: £12.29 p/h (from 10:00pm to 6:00am) | Overtime: £15.68 p/h

Shift Patterns

Following are the shift patterns in rotation:

• Flexible shifts available
• 12-hour shifts
• Mornings: 06:00am until 18:00pm
• Nights: 18:00pm until 06:00am
• Weekend shifts available Days or Nights

Responsibilities

What do Challenge Group expect from you as a Production Operative:

• Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert)
• Be able to clearly communicate
• Good standard of written and spoken English to communicate effectively
• Respect your colleagues and managers, adhering to the site code of conduct
• Respect company property
• Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site
• Report any near misses or hazards to your manager
• Protect yourself and others
• Ability to work under pressure
