Role Overview

pladis is looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for a Team Member 1 role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing products for a leading UK brand.

Key Deliverables

• Control and operate various processes and equipment to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Ensure efficient operation of process equipment while conducting quality inspections.
• Maximize plant efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards.
• Support the business in generating improvement initiatives.

Experience Requirements

Essential: Successful applicants must be part of a dynamic team with a positive approach and a "can do" attitude, maintaining high food production standards.

Desirable: Previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Shift Pattern

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday day; Friday, Saturday, Sunday night.

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday day.

Week 3: Monday, Tuesday night; Friday, Saturday, Sunday day.

Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday night.
