The East Riding Pension Fund administers the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for multiple local authorities and over 320 employers, serving more than 120,000 members.
The candidate
As the Principal Pensions Officer, you will build on your managerial experience and assist in managing and improving the Pensions team. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the Data and Governance team to provide an efficient, accurate service.
- Supporting team development regarding LGPS rules and legislation.
- Employing strong organizational and forward planning skills.
East Riding Pension Fund supports blended working, allowing employees to combine office and remote work. The Council is reviewing pay and rewards to attract and retain talent, which may impact future terms and conditions.
