Overview

This is a Part Time Role Working 20 Hours:

• Sunday: 07:30-12:45
• Monday: 08:00-16:00
• Thursday: 08:00-16:00

You will be expected to ensure Booker Group's customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store. Responsibilities include:

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods.
• Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring robust packaging for delivery.
• Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently.
• Being polite when dealing with delivery staff and responding appropriately to queries.

You will need:

• A can-do attitude and the ability to meet designated pick rates.
• A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Reliability in attendance and presentation.
