Planning & Quality PM, Grocery Partnerships

Overview

Amazon is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Planning & Quality PM to join the Grocery Partnerships (GP) PM team in London. The role plays a critical part in the growth and customer satisfaction of Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch)'s Grocery Partnerships business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) weekly load and process for Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch)'s network of stores.
• Act as the worldwide Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S&OP & Speed processes, aiming to reach forecast accuracy goals and improve efficiencies.
• Monitor forecasting and KPIs during business reviews.
• Lead the quality workstream, connecting operational performance to business outputs.
• Create tools and simplify processes to achieve business goals.
• Deep dive into complex problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Maintain data ownership and provide analytics support.
• Identify opportunities to scale and offshore manual processes.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
