The Foresters Arms is seeking a skilled Supervisor to join The Foresters Arms's team here at The Foresters Arms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership abilities to oversee daily operations in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Manage and supervise a team of front of house staff and ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate service in compliance with food safety standards
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold high standards of service
• Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices in service of drinks and food
• Monitor bar and floor cleanliness and adherence to hygiene regulations

Skills

• Great personality and technique in dealing with customers and colleagues
• Strong knowledge of drink and food safety regulations and practices
• Experience in supervising teams within a pub, restaurant or hotel setting
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay

£11.50-£12.50 per hour

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 2 years (required)
• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)
