Position: Peer Support Worker
Location: Bristol Men’s Crisis House (Bradford Lodge)
Role Overview: This position involves providing essential support to men facing mental health challenges, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through one-on-one support and group activities.
- Assist clients in building confidence and healthier lifestyles.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Lived experience of mental health issues, with a willingness to share your journey.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic qualifications in English and Maths.
