Nore Academy is a brand-new SEN school soon to open on the Isle of Sheppey, catering to young people aged 11-16 with SEMH needs. Nore Academy's dedicated team is seeking a PE specialist to teach initially to KS3 pupils, with plans to expand the curriculum to include GCSE courses.

Who Nore Academy is Looking For:

• Qualified teachers or ECTs with experience in SEN, primary or secondary education.
• Science specialist with the ability to teach across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Willingness to teach additional subjects as required.
• Commitment to motivating learners while supporting them to achieve their potential.
• Child-centered, organized, resourceful, and proactive candidates.
• Desire to continually improve teaching and classroom practice.

This is a permanent position on the teachers’ pay scale open to UQT/ECT/MPS/UPS + SEN allowance.

Checks

Nore Academy will conduct online searches for shortlisted candidates and the appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS check, medical screening, and confirmation of qualifications and references.
