Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 9 Scale points 41 - 45. Actual salary: £25,197 - £27,467 per annum (FTE: £29,065 – 31,683).
Vacancy Filler is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support Vacancy Filler's Headteacher. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks with precision while navigating enquiries and situations with professionalism and friendliness.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Take a flexible and adaptable approach to work, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative software/school systems.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, strong initiative, and a commitment to teamwork.
