• Crowd Management: Ensure safety during ingress and egress, reporting any changes in crowd dynamics.
• Safety and Security: Manage and control the safety of attendees, ensuring clear passage during emergencies.
• Conflict Management: Handle conflicts and queues professionally.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and guidance to supporters.
• Ticket Checking: Actively check tickets to prevent unauthorized entry.
