Replenishment Assistant

In conjunction with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality and cost-efficient inbound supply chain through operational and project management. As part of Aldi's growing supply chain team, you will continuously seek improvements to simplify processes and maximize efficiencies.
Your New Role:
- Management and control of the inbound supply chain working with Buying, Suppliers, Logistics, and Regional Distribution Centres to deliver to agreed timeframes and KPIs.
- Collaborating with suppliers to enhance their supply chain efficiencies.
- Managing supplier KPI adherence and maintaining sales forecast data accuracy.
- Ensuring supplier availability year-round, especially during key events.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels.
- Driving continuous improvement to maximize operational efficiencies.
- Supporting departmental strategy delivery.
- Monitoring supplier performance through inbound stock management.
About You:
- Strong understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Professional experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to manage a varied workload.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Desire for ongoing personal development and flexible under pressure.
What You'll Get In Return:
- Starting salary from £36,080 - £42,135.
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with the option of 2 remote working days per week.
