TUI Airways's two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is structured to develop you into a destination expert, enabling you to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products. You’ll put all customers at the heart of TUI Airways's business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences.

• Use your passion to inspire TUI Airways's customers and colleagues while enjoying a great amount of fun.
• Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and objectives, known as ‘Smashing your Targets’ in Retail.
• Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role, face-to-face and virtually.
• If things don’t go to plan, your colleague network will help you investigate and resolve any question or complaint.
• Receive training on various systems, empowering you to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• You’ll have time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments and will be assigned a dedicated learning coach to guide you toward achieving a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

• Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion for tourism.
• Dedicated to achieving goals, targets, and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
• Self-motivated and willing to act on feedback while remaining positive when faced with challenges.
• Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working.
• A team player who engages and collaborates with TUI Airways's customers and colleagues.
• An organised individual who takes pride in their work and communicates effectively.
• Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths.
• Able to work a varied shift pattern in line with shop opening and closing times.
