Main Duties
Be the first point of contact for the team, including:
- Answering calls into the hub
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Directing staff
- Liaising with clinical team members and administrative staff daily

Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including English Language at Grade C or above
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Professional telephone manner
- Commitment to personal development

- NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration
- Current or recent administrative experience in a healthcare setting
