THE JOB

Are you passionate about customer service? Keen to build a career with the largest UK health and wellness retailer? Holland & Barrett's Retail Assistants are the central point of Holland & Barrett's customer contact and paramount in Holland & Barrett's business's success, acting as health and wellness ambassadors while maintaining high store standards.

You'll complete Holland & Barrett's industry-leading retail operational training to become Qualified to Advise across a vast range of products, with opportunities to specialize in areas like sport, nutrition, and beauty. Holland & Barrett also offer monthly colleague incentives around key items to encourage promotion.

THE PERSON

As an entry-level role, prior retail experience is not required, but Holland & Barrett ask that you have:

• The ability to work well within a team.
• A compassionate and consultative approach to customers.
• A positive attitude and driven nature.
• A passion and enthusiasm for Holland & Barrett's products.
• Basic IT skills to use in-store technology.
