Retail Area Manager

Overview

As a Retail Area Manager, you will join C2 Recruitment Limited's Retail Stocktaking team, focusing on delivering excellent service to C2 Recruitment Limited's customers while ensuring quality and efficiency across operations.

Job Specifics

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving productivity and efficiency across all areas of the operation.
• Developing and motivating effective count management teams to deliver efficient, quality service.
• Maximizing profitability while promoting employee development.
• Supporting retail stock counts in the field; travel and overnight stays may be required.
• Liaising with Regional Business Managers and the Scheduling & Deployment department to address requirement shortfalls.
• Supporting other regions and business units as necessary.
• Ensuring the right number of colleagues in the region to meet business needs.
• Recruiting, training, and coaching Count Managers and Supervisors.
• Overseas travel may be necessary.
• Working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Personal Specification

• Knowledge of retail and management roles.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of service delivery.
• The ability to present authoritatively to senior management, customers, and external bodies.
